
Ingredients (for about 20 Turkish delights)
- 250 g sugar
- 200 ml water
- 40 g cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of Alimad Rose Water
- icing sugar (for coating)
- a little cornstarch to prevent the Turkish delights from sticking

Preparation
- In a saucepan, combine the sugar, water, and lemon juice.
- Bring to a boil and let cook for a few minutes.
- In a bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in a little cold water.
- Add this mixture to the saucepan and stir constantly until you obtain a thick, translucent texture.
- Add the Alimad Rose Water and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a lightly oiled mold.
- Let cool for several hours.
- Cut into small cubes and roll in a mixture of icing sugar and cornstarch.
