
Ingredients (for ~12 crepes)
- 250 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 500 ml milk
- 30 g melted butter
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 to 2 teaspoons of orange flavoring
- orange zest
- butter for cooking

Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add the eggs, then gradually pour in the milk while whisking to avoid lumps.
- Stir in the melted butter and orange flavoring.
- Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
- Heat a lightly buttered pan and cook the crepes for 1 minute on each side.
- Serve hot.
