Ingredients (for ~12 crepes)

  • 250 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 500 ml milk
  • 30 g melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons of orange flavoring
  • orange zest
  • butter for cooking

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add the eggs, then gradually pour in the milk while whisking to avoid lumps.
  3. Stir in the melted butter and orange flavoring.
  4. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Heat a lightly buttered pan and cook the crepes for 1 minute on each side.
  6. Serve hot.
